2020 has been a year of really awesome microweddings and when Tiffany reached out to me about her and Nick’s decision to elope, I was stoked. I love how this year has made room for so many couples to elope on weekdays or in locations that are special to them; In Nick and Tiffany’s case, their engagement anniversary. The plan was simple: Meet up on the pier outside their venue overlooking downtown Manhattan for some portraits, and then head upstairs to the tippy top of a waterfront building (the rooftop at exchange place), and get them married.
After portraits of the couple, we were joined by Tiffany’s immediate family and maid of honor – Nick’s family joined in from the west coast through Zoom. Nick’s good friend married the two overlooking New York, and then they headed off to Broa Cafe in downtown Jersey City for a celebratory lunch.
