After nearly a 2 year engagement, Gabrielle and Mike tied the knot on the most dreamy May day — and then they partied accordingly.
Pleasantdale Chateau provided the perfect backdrop for their wedding day. This luxe venue with its rich history dating back to 1835 just EXUDES charm and sophistication. Their stunning grounds (complete with everything from a helicopter pad to gorgeous gardens) to their ballroom, every corner of this venue was to die for and provided the most incredible setting for some truly unforgettable portraits of the couple.
Gabrielle and Mike’s ceremony took place overlooking the most serene pond during golden hour, with an archway dripping in beautiful white flowers and lush greenery. I couldn’t help but be reminded of the lush weddings I used to photograph in the Finger Lakes at the beginning of my career which were always adorned with the same warm, beautiful glowy light. Their ceremony felt nostalgic for me, and their vows had all of their guests teary-eyed.
My team had a blast photographing the couple’s beautiful details, candid moments, and everything in between. Gabrielle told me she was super excited for a bridal party portrait in the Pool Room (which we absolutely nailed), I can’t wait for you all to see it below!
