Gloria and Fabio are MARRIEDDDD!! On the most beautiful Thursday in May, Gloria and Fabio got married at Aurora, one of my *favorite* venues in Brooklyn (seriously, the ambiance is incredible, the food is amazing – go for a romantic dinner with yourself or your partner, you won’t regret it!!). They wanted to get married in Brooklyn to pay homage to Fabio’s parents, married over 30 years ago at City Hall in Downtown Brooklyn. Aurora was the perfect place to bring their two families together.
We began their morning with a first look on the Brooklyn Promenade, overlooking the Manhattan skyline. After some portraits, we made our way to Aurora. Surrounded by their 45 closest family and friends, Gloria’s brother-in-law officiated a heartfelt ceremony, followed by a short prayer from Gloria’s father.
The week of their wedding was a bumpy one with delayed flights, a dress that didn’t get to Gloria until 1:30am the night before her wedding, and family arriving to their reservation at a hotel that had been inexplicably shut down at midnight, their wedding day was perfect.
