I was so excited to photograph with Aly and Nick. I love a west coast wedding, and I love a west coast backyard wedding. The vibes are always incredible, the tacos are always on point, and the weather is always perfect. I showed up on their wedding day to Aly getting ready, Cher blasting on the radio. Guys, I freaking love Cher. I was only more stoked. And then Aly showed me her incredible Zimmerman dress, 60s inspired. HELL yeah.
These two are an incredibly cool couple, wonderfully easy to hang out with and also a complete and utter blast on a dance floor. I smiled the entire day. There are some weddings I just don’t want to leave, and this was one of them.
